My name is Bill Swanson, owner and operator of Progressive Electric Corporation. I have been an electrical contractor since 1996. Progressive Electric is a mid-sized electrical contractor with experience in many facets of the electrical industry including medical, light industrial, commercial, and institutional, and specialties in fire alarms, nurse call systems, and design build projects. We also specialize in value engineering which has been done many times for our clients. Our clients have sometimes found that projects are designed over their allotted budget. This is where we come in. We can typically value engineer projects without changing the beauty, efficiency, or integrity of the project. We work with our clients to produce a safe, efficient, clean project that meets their needs and budget within a timely manner. We currently employ 25 highly trained, state licensed electricians. We have training programs for all state certified apprentices. The safety of our employees and other site personnel are of utmost imortance to us. We provide a comprehensive safety program to our employees and are proud to say we have not had a workman’s comp claim in over ten years.
